Summary

A washing machine that won't run can put a stop to the whole household. When a Saginaw resident found their washer wasn't agitating or spinning as it should, we were called in to figure out the cause and get laundry day back on track.

The Work

Diagnosed washer issue through a detailed service call
Identified a faulty actuator as the source of the problem
Replaced the worn actuator with a new part
Tested the washer to confirm proper operation

The Outcome

The washer was restored to full function, letting the customer return to their normal laundry routine. Fixing the actuator solved the agitation and spin issues without needing a new machine.
